				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	$595 per Week
				High Season Price:	$995 per Week

Add 12.5% tax and $75.00 Cleaning Fee. Rentals: Saturday thru Saturday Note: Until Confirmed, Rates are Subject to Change without Notice. ($300.00) representing a reservation deposit. Written cancellation will be accepted up to sixty days (60) days prior to the reservation arrival date and the $300 deposit will be returned to the lessee. No refunds of deposit will be made after that date. If lessee sends a written cancellation 45 to 60 days prior to the rental period then 25% of the rental amount will be forfeited, if 30 to 45 days then 50%, if 15 to 30 days then 75% if 15 days or less then 100% of the rental amount will be forfeited. If lessor fills the canceled rental period then all rent paid will be returned to the lessee minus a $150 administration fee and minus any difference in the rental fees paid by the new renter.
