A full fitness center and restaurant are on the premises. There are two pools, childs pool, grilling area/picnic area all oceanfront! The fishing pier and boardwalk are a short walk up the beach. 
 
In the morning you can sit on the balcony with your coffee watching the waves break. In the evening you can watch the fireworks from the pier or the ballpark. 
 
The Daytona Beach Speedway is 1 mile away, Main Street is 1/4 mile and the new water park is 1/2 mile. You can walk to the city park, boardwalk, pier and more.
