There are two pools, BBQ area, laundry facilities, and a full fitness center on the premises. The World Famous Ocean Deck Restaurant, fishing pier, shopping, and other restaurants are a short walk up the beach or you can catch the bus in front of the complex. The Daytona Speedway, Halifax Medical Center Hospital, and the Convention Center are close by.

Rates include all taxes and cleaning fees. For first time quests a $200 Reservation/Security deposit is required to reserve this unit and refunded after your stay. Bike Week and Daytonal 500: $500 for 4 nights. Each additional night is $100. This price includes ALL taxes and cleaning fees. Octoberfest $95.00 per night. All other dates: 3 Nights $200 Total Each additional night is $45.00 7 Nights $325 Monthly $675 Full payment is due 2 weeks before arrival. For Daytona 500 and Bike Week full payment is due 30 days before arrival or at booking if within 30 days. Payments accepted through PayPal or personal check. 3 Night minimum stay and 4 night for special events. Minimum age 25.
