A clean, elegant, uncluttered environment that helps you relax and enjoy the views, beach and all the excitement of the Daytona area. Wether you plan on spending the day watching the sea gulls from the balcony or spend time surfing and enjoying the ocean, this condo is the perfect place to stay. We are driving distance from the Space Center, Orlando and its numerous attractions, and quaint St. Augustine. All these make wonderful day trips. You will have an area guide in the condo to help assist you with planning your vacation. Grand Coquina is a family friendly environment, safe and secure with under ground and above ground parking, both indoor and outdoor pools, library, fitness room, whirlpool and sauna. It has direct access to the beach from the condo. The condo is conveniently located close to grocery stores, quick bites, supermarkets, and many restaurants.

We are from Florida and love the ocean. We had a wonderful, relaxing time at your condo. The views are fantastic. The condo itself had everything we needed- all the comforts of home. The indoor heated pool and spa were great as well. I will certainly recommend this condo to family and friends and hole to be able to come back soon.

We are from GA and we have been coming to Daytona Beach for the past 10 years. We have never stayed in a condo until this year. We loved it! It was large enough that we all had our own space when we needed it and cozy at the same time. We hope to make this our"place to stay" when we come in the future.

We loved staying in the condo! When we first arrived and were walking through, everything was sparkling clean and lovely. The box of candy was very welcoming. Everyone who lives here is friendly and nice. WE have stayed in several condo's in Ponce Inlet, but we definitely enjoyed this one most! That you for being so accommodating, it has been a wonderful trip.

2 teachers, 1 nurse, 2 bankers and 1 school counselor had the best time in your condo. It was so relaxing to getaway from below zero temperatures of northeast Iowa. We had a great time here in Daytona and the condo was a big part of it. We loved spending time on the balcony and listen to the waves.
We were so lucky to watch dolphins close to the shore. We rested a lot, the kids too...
Thank you for your kindness in making us feel at home. Please have your kids or others that will come enjoy the surf board( too big for the plane). It's a pleasure for us to leave it here and hope others can enjoy it as we did.

We enjoyed out two and half months here immensely! The view was spectacular. We never tired of watching the ocean. The furnishings were comfortable. Our children and our grandchildren enjoyed their visits here as well. Hope we can return next year!

Had a fabulous time in Daytona. Weather was great. View from this condo is breathtaking. We are regulars in Daytona and always stay in condo's. This the best view we have ever had, simply amazing. We saw the Discovery and Atlantis launches from the balcony. Memorable.

This is our third stay at the condo. This year we have friends with us that have never been here. It was exciting to see their amazement just like we had our first year. We love vacationing here and always enjoy our stay. Every time we walk in the door, we feel like we are home. We plan on keeping our stay here an annual tradition. just wanted you to know that we enjoyed your condo so much. My family and I were just amazed at the outstanding views that we had from this unit. We love the layout of this condo and I hope that after the inspection that we can give you a deposit for next year. We have treated this like it was our home and tried to take care of it as if it were. I also enjoyed the washer and dryer, it helped out tremendously.
We appreciate very much you allowing us to the chance to stay there. Please let me know about next year. We would like to reserve it for the same week next year, if at all possible
