This oceanfront condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom that overlooks the ocean. It is adjoined by a large master bath with a garden tub, double vanities and a separate glass tile enclosed walk- in shower.
The living room and dining room are tastefully decorated and also overlook the ocean. The second guest bedroom with bath has a has two single beds and overlooks the ocean and intracoastal. The kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room and has all new GE appliances. The laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full size washer and dryer. All small appliances and cooking utensils are included.
The third bedroom and bath has queen size beds. In addition to opening to the main living area, this room also opens to the back living space, furnished with dining table,situated to overlook the Halifax River. Perfect for relaxing after a day in
the beach. Private balcony to enjoy early morning sunrise and cool
afternoon breeze while watching your kids play on the beautiful pool and sandy beach.

The unit contains 4 TV with cable and CD/DVD players, a separate radio/DVD player and a square foot balcony that overlooks the ocean. The view from the back living space is as pleasant, overlooking the Halifax River. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, all linens are provided.
