This unit will accommodate up to 4 people with a new bedroom suite with a full size bed and a sleeper sofa. Dine at the drop leaf table w/ 2 chairs or at the unique cocktail table that lifts up in front of the sofa. A new 32" LCD TV and DVR player for your viewing pleasure and high speed internet modem. All linens and towels provided. The unit also has tile floors throughout, vertical blinds and a new digital air conditioner.

The Pirate’s Cove Hotel/Condo is newly remodeled and is conveniently located directly at a beach approach on the ocean with a large ocean front pool, lounges, tables and chairs on the lower and upper sun decks. There is a restaurant, bar and lounge, pool bar with live entertainment, vending machines and laundry room.

Rates $420-$490 + tax depending on time of year. Holidays & Special Event Weeks from $500-$1000. + tax. $100 deposit is REQUIRED up Front to Reserve and hold the property Full payment due no less than 30 days before arrival. Discounts for rentals over 1 week. Holiday & Special Event Weekly rates are higher and must be paid in full, in advance, to reserve. 30-day cancellation notice. All weeks require a separate refundable security/damage deposit. $45 cleaning fee (I will waive the $45 cleaning fee if the condo is left in good condition) *Minimum stay is 1 week. *When requesting rental information, please state how many adults and children are in your party.
