Excellent Condo

We had a great time at the condo and the rental process was easy with the owners. Would highly recommend to anyone who does not feel they need direct beach front access. Beautiful, spacious, upscale, new condominium.

Fun & Sun!!!

We (4 adults) had an outstanding time in Daytona and the condo is beautiful, spacious and a delightful place. We could have not been happier with our choice to stay here and we are already talking about wanting to go back. Sheila was so easy to work with and helpful in many ways. The rental process was a breeze. We had the best time, the weather was great, the sunsets are beautiful and this condo made our stay so enjoyable.

I never wanted to leave!

The condo was great! It's more like an apartment really, in fact ppl live year round in others in the same building. It was very quite and private. The beach is a very close walk. I have to admit the pool (although no fault of the owners) was a bit disappointing. We felt very safe, secure, and comfortable the whole time. It has all the comforts of home, plus an amazing view of sunsets over the Halifax River. The locatation is way south on the Daytona Shores, it's probably closer to go to Port Orange- which while not as big as Daytona it still great food and shopping. Port Orange is a beautiful area, and I am told John Travolta has a home nearby :) It's also close to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse- great family place to visit. Also the section of nearby beach is a no traffic beach which most of Daytona is not. My husband and I seriously thought about trying to buy the condo on the first floor, that's how much we loved it! I will definately keep this property listed in my favorites for future trips. As I am originally from FL (Deland; about 20 minutes from Daytona) I can tell you it's a much nicer place than any other I have stayed on my home visits.

Wonderful, relaxing, safe, vacation!!!

We stayed the month of March and were more than pleased with the cleanliness, location, and gorgeous views of the ocean and intercoastal. In the morning we would have coffee and breakfast on the front balcony while watching the ocean and in the evening we could watch the beautiful sunset over the intercoastal from the back balcony. Also, if you choose, you can sunbathe (in their wonderful outdoor recliner) almost all day somewhere on the balcony as the sun hits somewhere on it throughout the day. My husband has walking problems right now so we did a lot of this rather than go to the beach. Just watching people from the balcony was fun! We also appreciated the well stocked, easy to work in kitchen as we like to cook a lot of our own meals. The bed was comfy and the huge attached bath was awesome with a deep tub for soaking away your aches and pains if preferred over the shower. As others have mentioned, the security is better than we have ever had in a condo and the system is easy to use. As you can tell, we loved it there and hope to be back next year!!

Home away from home

My family and I enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The condo was spacious and clean. The condo had a relaxing atmosphere. It made us feel like we were at home. The security made us feel safe. The owner was very nice and replied back to us quickly. We look forward to vacationing here again. It was the best place we have stayed in at Daytona Beach. We would recommend this place.
