This unit is roomy (1400 square feet) and kept very clean (all tile floors). 
 
Three bedrooms accommodate 2 adults each comfortably (1 king, 1 queen and 1 full size bed) and there is a sleeper sofa in the third bedroom. There is also a very large walk-in closet off the master bedroom which can accommodate a crib or queen-size air mattress (not supplied).  
 
This is a ground floor side unit on a beachfront condo. Beach access is through a gate and steps right from the pool area (see pictures). Access to the pool is down one level from the ground floor accessible by steps or elevator. 
 
Besides the pool and beach at the condo, you can find additional children's activities at www.daytonabeach.com 
 
All of the Orlando theme parks are only 1hr 15min (all freeway) from the condo.  
 
One assigned covered parking space is included and there is ample additional guest parking. 
 
All linens and towels (except beach towels) are included, the kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. An electric barbeque is supplied for use on the side patio. 
 
A late model full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. You must supply your own detergent and dishwashing cleanser. 
 
Beach chairs and umbrellas and some children's beach toys are supplied. 
 
Especially convenient for those guests accompanied by their pets, as ground-level entries from both patios allow you to let them out for a little exercise or for a bathroom break (immediate clean-up is required) without having to change out of your pajamas or wait for an elevator. There is a nearby "doggie beach" where you can take your pet with you on the beach to enjoy the sun or frolic in the surf.
