Spacious 1290 square-foot poolside townhome with an ocean view features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 3rd floor with the main living area on the 2nd floor. Renovated January 2006 with new carpeting, paint and linens to complement the newer cabinets, tile, and baths. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Nestled in a quiet complex makes this the perfect unit for retirees or families. A fabulous pool view but not too close to be disturbing as well as ocean and intercoastal views from within this unit. Enjoy the beauty and relaxation of white sandy beaches and the pool from your private balcony. The balcony overlooks 1 of 2 Heated Swimming Pools. This privately owned Vacation Rental Home is furnished with everything you will need--a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, newer full-size washer and dryer. We provide all linens including Beach towels. The master bedroom has an ocean view, a king-size bed, and TV with cable, remote and VHS/DVD player. The second bedroom has an intercoastal view, twin beds with TV, cable, remote and DVD/VHS player. Living Room has a 51" Big Screen TV with cable, remote, Game Cube System, four controllers, and DVD/VHS. You can bring your games or rent games at a nearby Blockbuster. Lots of beach equipment too.

SECURITY DEPOSIT-$250 Security Deposit per unit of stay is due upon confirmation of rental. The deposit is fully refundable after your stay pending key return and inspection of the premises, unless your stay is cancelled. Refunds are usually mailed within three (3) business days. A $7.55 fee applies to all deposits charged to credit cards (our cost.) Personal Checks and all major credit cards (via PayPal) are gladly accepted. Payment of the full rental invoice is due 30 days prior to your arrival date; otherwise, rental will be re-opened to others. Sorry, but once paid these fees are not refundable unless we are able to rent the unit to others after your cancellation.
