Spectacular beach block property steps to the atlantic ocean short walk to the cocoa peir, restaraunts, amusements, gambling casino ships all close by. Disney and orlando 30 minutes away. Miami and Daytona Beaches also within driving range.View space shuttle launches from the roof top balcony Cape canaveral space program just minutes away.Rental cars close by. Fishing charter boats are just down the street or you can surf fish steps away from your front door.Carnaval and disney cruise lines just 3 miles away. Ronjons surf complex the countrys largest surf shop is walking distance.The House was built in 2002 it is a two story with 3 bedrooms upstairs and one down all have acess to full bathrooms.The downstairs is open living space - kithen dinnig room and living room so all can see each other without walls blocking your view. three TVs with cable and Internet access. Barbeque outside. This is truely a paradise vacation spot you won't be disatisfied you chose Cocoa Beach for your vaction.FURTHER DETAILS:
We do rent by the week and by the month, and as of this moment we are available during that time. To give a little information about the cocoa beach rental, you are approx 100 steps to the beach .It has an outside shower and barbecue and nice views of the beach off the third floor look out balcony that you can't see from the pictures.You are in the heart of Cocoa Beach, walking distance to restaurants, and publix shopping plaza strip mall and three blocks north up beach of Cocoa Beach pier but just far enough away not to hear any of the noise from the previous mentioned.
The Cocoa pier also has live entertainment and restaurants and ice cream arcade with games for the kids. You are about 35 minutes from orlando 3 miles from the cruise lines and casino ships, 1 mile from RonJons surf shop biggest surf shop in country. Two miles from mini golf and go carts.The rates weekly are $1595 plus $175.45 rental tax and a $500 security Deposit returned to you when you leave the house clean and damage free.
The monthly rate is $5400 plus $1375 for any additional weeks plus tax and deposit. If you elect not to clean the house there is a $195cleaning fee. All three bedrooms upstairs have queens and down stairs has a double pullout and a single bed.All towels and linens are provided. Three full baths two upstairs one down. Generally we require half down to reserve and the remainder four weeks before check in. Extra pictures attached. Facilities
Roof top Balconey has a nice view of the ocean where you can see cruise ships comming and going and also view the cape canaveral space shuttle when they have launches.
Activities
This area has plenty of restaraunts and night activities for after your day at the beach or if you decide to go shopping there are plenty of surf shops and shopping malls. Downtown Disney is just a short drive away.
