Come take a dip in the beautiful Heated Oceanside Pool, soothe tired muscles in the JACUZZI, have lunch under the GAZEBO or take the Resort Boardwalk that allows beach access to a spectacular PRIVATE STRETCH OF PRISTINE BEACH with warm waters, rolling waves and soft sand. This section of the beach in Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is much less crowded.

This penthouse offers endless hours of comfort on our secluded and private shaded balcony featuring a hand made glass mosaic breakfast bar and incredible views of the ocean. Whether enjoying a sunrise breakfast or cocktails while watching the cruise ships pull out, this condo unit exceeds most expectations.

This condo exudes comfort and sophistication with tile and hardwood throughout. It boasts speakers outside and SURROUND SOUND in the LIVING & DINING ROOMS along with a 42" swiveling Flat Screen TV, DVD and Ipod Dock. The new sleeper microsuede sofa and two chairs in the living room provide ample seating. Dining table has seating for 7. The office space with a desk on the first level. Ipod dock and WiFi make working from the beach a breeze. This unit is loaded with the little EXTRAS like 2 bicycles, BBQ accessories, 7 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach bags, coolers, beach toys, mats and more making excellent memories vacationing at the beach.

COMPLETELY REMODELED, fully equipped KITCHEN is gorgeous and well stocked with all that you'll need including a BREAKFAST BAR W/STOOLS. It has new appliances, a flat top stove and an over the range microwave. All dishes, bakeware, utensils are provided for dining pleasure. WASHER AND DRYER are conveniently located on the first level. DVD library, games and beach equipment are stocked in this unit... Truly, every comfort you can imagine is provided for you!

The penthouse style condo has the UPPER LEVEL MASTER SUITE located on the second floor. Plush new bedding on the queen sized bed, cable TV/DVD and seperate dressing counter,large mirror & futon sleeper sofa. It has a private MASTER BATHROOM with a tub and Newly retiled shower (both have removable shower heads) .

The MAIN LEVEL MASTER SUITE located on the first floor. Plush new bedding on the queen sized bed, cable TV/DVD , closet and double sliders that open to the balcony. It has a private GUEST BATHROOM with a Newly retiled shower and a removable showerhead.

The desk is filled with Tourist Information, brochures, pamphlets and directions. A full box of menues and recommendations are located under the coffee table.

CANCELLATION 31 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a REFUND of the amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus a credit card processing fee of 5%. EARLY DEPARTURE - There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.

Freshly painted, with great decoration, HD TV and a great kitchen, this unit (3307) has a great ocean view and many extras like indoor outdoor speakers, beach accessories and toys, books, games, movies etc. The owners make sure their guests have
plenty of local information such as brochures, maps, and restaurant menus in a convenient desk. We enjoyed our stay in this top quality penthouse. We appreciated the bicycles (included) and the lovely beach less than 2 minutes away. All in all a great value in a calm setting with very kind staff, in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Through Cocoa Beach Best Rentals Company, we were very lucky to experience a vacation at the condo complex, These units are privately owned and furnished and I must say that 3307 was particularly well decorated and it really brought us a homey and comfy feeling throughout the whole vacation. This unit is a truly Oceanfront condo and is located only a few steps away from the Beach. Enjoy the sunrise right at your balcony. They even have free bikes available. It was fabulous. It was a great deal !
