It is one of the most sought after properties in the Cocoa Beach area due to the beauty of the units, views, attractive architecture, landscaping and high level of maintenance. The complex is gated for the security and privacy of its guests. It is located at the center of Cocoa Beach activity and within walking distance of most anything one could desire (restaurants, night spots, grocery and drug stores, etc.)
This luxurious 3rd floor unit is unusually large and more than fully furnished with loving care and attention to detail. It is in impeccable condition. The cable TV company can activate internet service for you.
The spacious kitchen looks out through the living room’s 16' window wall to the ocean view to the south and out toward the tennis court and swimming pool to the north.

Facilities
The beach at Cocoa Beach is one of the best in Florida and is right on the Atlantic Ocean. It is clean and has a nice surf for surf boarding and other sports. On the west side of the island there is calmer water for non surfing water sports (such as canoeing and kayaking among the mangroves), water skiing, wind surfing, etc. There are windsurfing schools as well as surfing schools available nearby. Cocoa Beach is well policed and a safe area for families and children. It is somewhat laid back and relaxed, but there is also a lot going on, ranging from beach bars to civic theater plays. The cruise lines are "just up the street" and are great for a 2 - 10 day cruise, or you can go out on a gambling cruise ship for the afternoon or evening or take a deep sea fishing day trip. Of Course, you can also just kick back and relax and take in the beauty from your 30 foot long balcony overlooking the ocean and swaying palm trees.
Activities
You can watch the spectacular launches into space form this close vantage point. Your unobstructed view is second to none as you feel the thunder of the launch. It is also a pleasure to see the almost daily sailings of the cruise ships as they go out to the Islands and return. You may even be lucky enough to see whales passing by.
