The large one bedroom has two twin beds, which can be set up as one king. Dressers, end tables, shelves and closet, provide adequate storage for clothing, luggage, etc. required for an extended stay.

Generously supplied with 100% cotton sheets, blankets, pillows, towels; beds have down/foam-filled, pillow-tops with covered, down-filled, duvet comforters.

Newly renovated, comfortable bathroom has spacious shower, lighted-makeup-mirror, blow dryer and generously stocked with soaps, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, lotions, sunscreen, towels, wash cloths, etc.

The kitchen is completely outfitted with all necessities such as fridge, stove, oven, microwave and stocked with dishes, utinsels, cookware, toaster, mixer, blender, coffee grinder, coffee-maker, etc.

There is a private garden area with outside table, chairs with umbrella; Also there's an additional patio for grilling with a shed for outside storage. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, mats, coolers, towels, etc.) are provided for tenants use at the beach located directly across the street. Private outdoor shower conveniently located after returning from the beach and other outdoor activities.

The apartment is pet friendly upon approval. Additional vehicle, RV or boat trailer parking is available with prior arrangements. Laundry facilities available on site.

Reservations can be made with a refundable booking / security deposit of $300.00. The deposit is refundable assuming all terms in the lease agreement are met upon departure. Full payment for the entire stay must be received 30 days before the first day of the reservation or arrival date. If cancellation is received 90 days or greater, prior to arrival, all monies will be refunded; cancellation within 30 -90 days, booking deposit is forfeited; less than 30 days, the entire rental costs and deposit are forfeited. If canceling less than 30 days and the Apartment is successfully re-rented, then only the deposit and a Hundred Dollar ($100.00) service charge will apply. Pets are permitted with prior approval, which requires a non-refundable pet deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
