3 bedroom ocean view. 1 king, 2 queen beds, deluxe funishings. Kitchen has granite counterops, deluxe appliances and is fully equipped, just bring you cloths. Utility room has washer and dryer plus utility sink. Master bedroom has his/her walk-in closets, large bath with separate shower and soaker tub, 2 vanities. Large livingroom has sofa and loveseat (leather) with recliners. Formal dining area plus eat in kitchen table.
Wrap around balcony has table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs.
Unit has separate private garage with opener plus extra parking outside.
This unit is only 2 years old and has top of the line furnishings.
Just steps to beach and pool(heated) area with hot tub. Club house has exercise room, tennis courts. Also can use adult lap pool which is heated. There is a total of 4 pools and a hot tub in the complex.
Complex is gated and building needs code to enter. Can send small videos of all rooms via email.
