Vacation Rental Description

This 2050 sq. ft. condo is part of a small complex of only six condo buildings, plus a club house. Our like new, lovely, clean and spacious condo directly overlooks the Banana River. You'll see lots of dolphins, manatee, river otters and birds from your balcony or you may walk down to the river just a few feet in front of the condo. You and your family will be able to enjoy the tranquility of the river, as well as jump quickly into the great space coast activities.

With two lovely bedrooms: a spacious master suite with regular size bed, a sitting area, with cable television; a large bath with tub and separate shower, two sinks, lots of room to move without bumping into your roommate; a second bedroom with twin beds is ideally suited for two adults, two children or one adult and one child; it has its own separate bathroom with full size tub/shower combination.

The large kitchen has all the cookware and serving utensils to fix an appetizing meal or to just grab a bite to eat and run out for more fun activities. The kitchen is amply supplied with kitchen stuff; has a beautiful range, refrigerator, microwave and garbage disposal. The kitchen is open to an eating area with a high bar table and six bar stools--perfect for on-the-go meals or for entertaining friends and family. Also included is a desk/computer table, with cable available upon request.

The large living room overlooks the balcony and river views. It has plenty of comfortable seating with a large sofa, love seat and two comfortable chairs, with end tables and a coffee table, two lamps for reading and cable television. Included in this huge living area is a formal dining room, a table that seats ten, a buffet table, bookcase and extra chairs. The condo has places to sit, books to read, a few games and toys, and plenty of uncluttered, neutral colored space to move about. You will become comfortable quickly and enjoy your stay.

A large, under the condo, enclosed garage is included. Basic cable, unlimited Florida phone service are included. We would be able to supply two bicycles, rollaway beds, if needed. If decide there is something you need, let us know.

The club house includes a kitchen, card room, sauna, changing and shower bathrooms. There is a basketball court; a tennis court. The heated pool is warm and has an area with lots of lounge chairs and mostly sunny skies. The hot tub is hot and a great way to relax.

Our location is the best. 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport, 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center and the Space Coast Activities are phenomenal. Only 1/4 mile to the beach, you may walk or take your car and all your beach gear. There is an abundance of parking on almost every street that ends at the beach, most of the parking is free.

The condo has a book of Things to See and Do.

A Tourist Center is located on the corner of the street entrance to the condo. The people there are happy to talk with you. There are many dining experiences from fast food,to traditional family dining and more elegant restaurants, plus night jazz and comedy clubs.

The activities along the space coast are suited to different life styles. If you like nature with or without water; if you like beach and sand and water, or if you just like to sit by the pool you will find what you are looking for. Daytime, nighttime or anytime.
