Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available for use. Located directly across A1A from the home are a grocery store, pharmacy, department store outlet, gas station, barbershop, beauty salon and restaurants.

Local amenities include world-class golf courses, deep-sea fishing, canoe and kayak rentals, mini-golf, theatres, Daytona USA, Daytona, International Speedway, Daytona International Airport and LPGA.
