This is a newly redecorated fourth floor condo with over 1200 square  
feet. It is just across the path from the beach club and steps away  
from the ocean in the incomparable Amelia Island Plantation. The  
building has its own private pool with protected sundeck allowing  
for quiet reading and tranquility. The kitchen has new cabinets and  
countertop and is fully equipped. The spacious living room has brand  
new furniture and has been professionally redecorated. The balcony  
overlooks a canopy of the trees as well as the golf course and  
serene  
lake. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom  
has 2 twin size beds. The sofa in the living room opens to a full  
size bed. All bedding and towels are included.The unit has also a  
washer/dryer. There are 2 TVs, a CD/DVD player, and some board games  
in the unit.  
Amelia Island Plantation is Florida's premier AAA-Four Diamond  
destination island resort in perfect harmony with nature, comprising  
1350 acres of breathtaking natural wonders. Stroll through a  
maritime forest or catch a glimpse of a great blue heron on a  
birding excursion. Sailing, kayaking, deep sea fishing, and biking
