This lovely two bedroom, two bath condominium was totally renovated in 2007. It is located on the 4th floor of Amelia Surf and Racquet, a gated community with two adult pools and two kiddie pools. The unit is close to the elevator and quite convenient.
Amelia Surf & Racquet also has 4 clay tennis courts. AS&R is located less than a block from the world famous Amelia Ritz Carlton, in the Summer Beach area of Amelia Island.
There are fantastic views of the ocean and beach from the kitchen, the dining room, living area and balcony. The balcony is furnished with an iron table and chairs, for watching the water, or dining al fresco. What a great place to have your morning coffee!
This delightful condo has a king master with it's own private full bath. The second bedroom is large with two full-size double beds. The couch opens into a full bed, for even more sleeping options.
