Our condo is nestled among sprawling oaks, tropical palms and fountain ponds just outside your balcony. Just steps to the pool or walk one block to the beach. The complex is very family friendly with lots of green space, a shaded playground and a barbecue area with grills and picnic tables. Kids love fishing in the ponds and riding bikes here.
Ranked among the 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World, Amelia Island is one of Florida's best-kept secrets. With its slow, Southern charm, beautiful Victorian homes, and miles of salt marshes and beaches, it's no wonder that Southern Living Magazine describes historic Fernandina Beach as "one of the most charming little towns in Florida."
Our master suite has a KING bed with pillowtop mattress, vaulted ceiling with fan, and new TV with VCR.
The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom is decorated for children with two twins. All rooms have vaulted ceiling with fans and large windows overlooking the pond.
Both baths have new deluxe floor tile, cabinets, granite countertops with slate splashes, beautiful sinks, faucets, framed mirrors and lighting. Master bath has ceiling fan.

The living room has all new furniture, vaulted ceiling with new fan, new 27-inch TV with DVD, CD player and balcony deck overlooking the beautiful view the pond with a lighted fountain and pool behind.
