Vacation Rental Description
Our courtyard villa offers a luxury holiday to those seeking total privacy. This has been our own home for several years (we have now returned to the UK) and therefore is furnished and equipped to a far higher standard than the normal rental. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area and adequate parking for a boat alongside the villa with nearby launching at Manasota bridge. If you are looking for peace and quite but at the same time with excellent facilities (shopping/restaurants/cinemas/bowling/tennis) nearby then this is for you. We have left fishing rods for you to use.

The local beach at Monasota key offers safe, clean water with good facilities (shower/toilets/picnic area) but is still unspoilt. Not a skyscrapper in sight.

Nearby Venice has a good range of quaint shops and a wonderful icecream parlour. Also its own theatre. Sarasota is some 20 minutes drive north.

Our villa is managed by a local English lady who looks after the property meticulously and is always on hand if needed.

We get many repeat guests which, I think, speaks for itself. The large pool is solar heated but this can be topped up in the winter months with electric heating if necessary.

    • There is an office which is fully equipped with internet connection. However the computer is slow so you can bring your own laptop and this will connect to your broadband WIFI
