This beach hause vacation rental is located on the Island of Venice,Florida and is walking distance to the beach. Downtown Venice is a short distance with many unique boutiques, a variety of restaurants and a great community theatre.
This spacious paradise house features;
* A caged heated pool(with child barrier) surrounded by a tyropical garden with a large Banyan tree.
* A spacious living room
* A dinning room with a large table that seats 8
* 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms
* Laundry room with full size washer and dryer
* Central Air with 3 zones
* 2 car garage
* No pets or smoking
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 walk-in closets, ceiling fan,large bath including walk-in shower, double vanity and dressing area. The other three bedrooms have Queen size beds. Two of those bedrooms have color televisions and ceiling fans.
The open kitchen is fully furnished with appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

There is an additional refundable $1000 security, damage, and extraordinary cleaning deposit.
We require a 50% deposit(50% of rent only) to hold your reservation. Cancellation policy is 90 days prior to your stay with all monies due 30 days prior to your stay.
