Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk to Venice Beach (7/10 of a mile), walk to shops, restaurants, Venice Little Theater, public tennis courts, basketball courts and shuffleboard courts, all are within a few blocks. House is meticulously maintained. Brand new central air conditioning and heating. Large screened lanai over inground heated swimming pool. Outdoor speakers by the pool, rope lighting and remote controlled pool light for those late night swims. Shuffleboard court and horse shoe pit in the back yard along with a grilling area for the gas barbecue grill. Very nicely decorated with all new designer furniture. Fully furnished house (if you have any special requests for certain items, let me know and I will try to accomodate you the best I can. Master bedroom has a king size bed, guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and guest bed #2 has two twin beds. Large dining area with a large round dining table, large living room with a 32 inch LCD t.v. A dvd player and stereo system is also in the living room. There is a separate stereo system for the outside pool speakers. The kitchen comes complete with all appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. There are pool toys, beach towels, chairs, etc.

    There is a $500.00 refundable security deposit, 11.5% Florida tax and a $150 end of stay cleaning fee. You must pay in full to reserve the house for weekly rentals.For monthly rentals payment is due 60 days before arrival and to reserve house a $1000.00 deposit is required. Cancellations longer than 60 days will be refunded minus $500.00 if unit is rented for same period. Cancellations less than 60 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
