As you relax on our wrap around deck, suntan on our screen enclosed pool deck, fish from our dock or sit in the living room overlooking the beautiful bay, you will experience the best that vacationing in Southwest Florida has to offer. The gorgeous home is located on Roberts Bay, between Venice and Nokomis. It has two master suites with private baths, a large heated screen enclosed pool, wrap around deck, two car garage and all the comforts of home. The home has a large living room and an adjacent family room for relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen is modern and full of updated stainless steel appliances. There is an additional half bath for the comfort of your guests. The home is also adjacent to the Legacy Trail, a 12 mile bike trail going to Sarasota to the north and Casperson Beach to the south. We have 4 bikes for our guests to use. The home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely residential neighborhood. There are two docks on the property, one for fishing and one for docking your boat. The home is located one mile from Bird Bay golf course and is only half a mile from local dining favorite, Captain Eddie's Restaurant. It is a 2 mile drive to either Nokomis Beach or Venice Beach. By boat or kayak, you are a mile from the intercoastal waterway and the Venice inlet. With the wood floors, vaulted ceilings,and privacy you are transported to luxury in your own private home.

Deposit required within 10 days of securing the lease agreement. The deposit is 50% of the total amount. The deposit also must include a $500 refundable security. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
