Living room: sleeper sofa, love-seat, coffee table, end-tables and lamps, entertainment center with TV, CD/DVD player. Lanai furnished (drop-leaf table and 4 chairs),carpeted and screened-in with small lake view. Unit is fully air-conditioned and heated, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans.
