Our top floor, fourth story, condominium is bright and beautiful and overlooks the 10th fairway of the Plantation Golf and Country Club. Venice is a quaint and tranquil town located midway between Sarasota and Fort Myers on the gulf. Why stay at our home?

·My wife and I recently bought this condominium from her mom and dad who were the original owners. The unit is pristine and this is the first time we are welcoming "Snow Birds" into our home. Enjoy!

·We are a top floor unit of a four-story building.

·The elevator makes access easy for all.

·Step out onto the lanai and witness a spectacular view of the 10th fairway of the prestigious Plantation Golf and Country Club.

·We have a social membership at the club that allows you access to the restaurant in the grand clubhouse, tennis courts, junior-Olympic size swimming pool (it's big!), spa, and state-of-art fitness center. You also have limited golf privileges. All of these amenities are within easy walking distance from the condominium.

·Beaches and restaurants are just a 10-minute drive. I enjoy eating at Sharky's!

·Our home is fully furnished and includes a 14 foot cathedral ceiling in the living room, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms which sleeps six with our pullout sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with both dishwasher and microwave.

Amenities include free long distance telephone service within the USA and free Wi-Fi internet service.
