Spend your vacation in Paradise directly on the powdery white sand beach in Treasure Island. This upscale oversized three bedroom home is modern and contemporary; new in 2008. It has a very large balcony directly facing the Gulf of Mexico for beautiful beachfront views and sunsets every evening. Enjoy the beach at your front door patio and walk down the spiral staircase for easy access to the spa and beach from the living room. Pets are allowed. Pets are only accepted with prior approval prior to the check in date. A pet agreement and fee is required before any pets are accepted.

The unit is on the entire first living level (one level above the patio, and two car enclosed garage area) with a spiral staircase on the balcony leading right down to the beach. Upgraded with hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and flat screen TV's in the living room and the master bedroom and a flat screen TV in the second bedroom, this is the perfect place for a relaxing Florida get-away or fun-filled family vacation. How about a small intimate wedding, anniversary party, or family celebration on the beach ? (for up to eight persons).  
 
The unit sleeps eight with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. Provided are all furnishings including TV's, DVD player, linens, as well as a modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, right down to the coffeepot and dishes. (Please note that it is a decorative fireplace only and is not functional). There is a washer and dryer in the unit.  
 
On a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach, it will provide many hours of fabulous views and walks on the beach! Many shopping and restaurant opportunities nearby. It is just several miles south of Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens, as well as just one and a half hours from Disney World.  
 
The unit is approximately 2650 square feet with a very large balcony directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. Nearby John's Pass Village provides shopping and water sports excursions for sightseeing. Wonderful restaurants featuring local seafood, steaks, pasta, and everything from casual to upscale dining. It is easy to find a quiet relaxing time or an adventure packed vacation here.
