This place is beautiful, so clean and refreshing and very nicely decorated! We're picky on where we stay and this place fit just right in our alley, price wise as well! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. The beautiful and quiet beach is just a few steps away, and what a lovely sunset! This place was close to everything. Many restaurants to pick from. And most importantly the sweet and ever caring host Kay, she'll make you feel right home that you don't want to leave! Loved our stay!!! Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Kay'place in 2009and2010. This is a very clean condo with the latest updates. It is in very quiet area. The beach is great for relaxing or long walks and watching beautiful sunsets.

We stayed here for my son's sixteenth birthday and had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The beach across the street is just awesome and no crowds!! We loved it. It's close to so many restaurants and we even enjoyed putt putt one afternoon. The sunsets here are spectacular too!
