Vacation Rental Description
This apartment is professionally designed and decorated. Kitchen has new wood cabinets, granite countertops, all all hightest price stainless steel appliances, to include ice maker and wine cooler. Bath has sapphire glass vessel sink on marble vanity and shower for two. New queen bed sleeps two comfortably. 
 
Other than that, The views from all rooms are spectactular, overlooking the yacht basin, boca ceiga bay, waterways, pool, golf course, tennis courts and 5 minute walk to the white sandy beaches, and downtown Treasure Island. Restaurants of all classes are in the downtown, and little beach shops abound. Suprmarkets are the best. 
 
Activities are too numerous to mention all, but are parasailing, boat and jet ski rentals available in the town. 
Parking is no problem anywhere and a visit to the famous Dali museum in downtown St. Petersburg (15 min. east on Central Ave.) is second to none and not to be missed. Par 3 golf and City tennis courts are next door. Baseball, ice hockey stadium is 5 minutes away. Local trolleys take you up and down all the beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. 
 
The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple. There is a pull out sofa for overnight guests. 
I rent in high season during January through April. I prefer a winter rental no less than three months. 
This building and area are always in high demand. The name of the building is Paradise Island Towers located on Paradise Island in Treasure Island. This unit is on the top (10th floor) of a lovely well maintained building with card room, treadmills, coin washer/dryer laundry room and plenty of parking. Please E-Mail for rates.
