Vacation Rental Description
Sunset Vista is a two year old property in 2008. Each unit is individually owned. We choose to manage our own units and pass the savings to you. Each unit is a two bedroom, two bath gulf view or gulf front unit. Full kithcen with dishwasher, full refrigrator, microwave, oven/stove and everything you will need to save money and eat in when you like, or store your leftovers when you choose to enjoy an evening out. All linens including beach towels are included in the unit. We have a washer and dryer in each unit so you can travel light and save on those pesky bag check fees. The complex sits on miles of sugar sand beach on Treasure Island, FL. There are two pools. One is a large pool with a large jacuzzi and one is a kiddie pool with fountains and a smaller jacuzzi. There is a cash tiki bar, fitness center and cafe on the property. We are 1/4 mile from John's Pass which features Johns Pass Village with restaurants, water sports and shopping. Fort Desoto and Caldesi Island are very close to us. Each was rated America's Number 1 beach in 2005 and 2008. We have Major League Baseball, NFL Football, NHL Hockey, ACC Championships, Indy Car Racing, College Outback Bowl, Busch Gardens, Salvador Dali Museum and tons of ouutdoor fun!

    • Each unit is rented as a condo. There is no daily housekeeping. The units are cleaned before and after each stay. Each unit has one free assigned parking space. The Suncoast Trolley stops right in front of the complex and will take you all over the beach and downtown St. Petersburg. This is a great family vacation. Weddings can also be hosted on the property. If you have additional questions, please let us know.

    We accept Visa and Master Card. A $200.00 security deposit is required. No smoking in any units. Sorry, no pets. 30-60 day cancellation policy depending on weekly or monthly rental. We do offer CSA travel insurance if you need it. Please inquire for a copy of the policy. Please inquire for holiday rates, Super Bowl rates and monthly rates. In general we only offer monthly rates through the end of February into early March. We have gulf view and gulf front units available. Inquire about internet access if that is important to you.
