Rent and deposit are payable by check or money order in U.S. dollars.

There is an $800 deposit which is refundable less a $100 cleaning fee.

The entire rental fee is due up front in order to secure the home. There is no cancellation refund unless we are successful in putting another tenant in your place.

The deposit is payable at move in.

A bed tax of 12% will be added to rentals of less than 6 months.
