St. Petersburg is optimally located near most of the highlights and over 60 miles of prime beaches. There are on average 310 days of sun yearly. The months from October till May are the most comfortable times of the year. The temperature is generally between 73 and 77 degrees. Even though there are often showers once or twice a day, they disappear after only minutes. Again shines the sun in the Sunshine State. A summer in Florida is for all sun and beach goers a unique experience. Endless pristine beaches and clear blue water are standard in Florida, especially with summer temperatures between 82 and 86 degrees. 9 of the 15 most beautiful beaches in the entire United States are in Florida. Some of them are practically at your doorstep. The St. Petersburg beach is by car only minutes from your bungalow, 60 miles of beach with and without palm trees. Only ten minutes down the road you reach the next dream beach. Since Florida is half the size of Germany with only 14 million inhabitants, you will not experience the overcrowded beaches of France, Spain or Italy. In Florida there is room…lots of room. 
Even in the highest season you will never have the feeling that you have landed in a crowded tourist destination. Real people live here and here, you as a tourist will be happily received!

Our house is directly on the ocean with a private dock. You'll see breathtaking sunsets. Almost daily between 6 and 9 in the morning you'll be visited by dolphins at the dock. You will find a complete and comfortable house and much more… Our bungalow is not in the tourist area. Instead you will meet friendly neighbors in a calm American residential area. Our house offers over 2300 sq ft. of living space, whether you are a couple, a family of four or come to live with 8 friends.
