Since Florida is half the size of Germany with only 14 million inhabitants, you will not experience the overcrowded beaches of France, Spain or Italy. In Florida there is room…lots of room.

Our house is directly on the ocean with a private dock. You'll see breathtaking sunsets. Almost daily between 6 and 9 in the morning you'll be visited by dolphins at the dock. You will find a complete and comfortable house and much more… Our bungalow is not in the tourist area. Instead you will meet friendly neighbors in a calm American residential area. Our house offers over 2300 sq ft. of living space, whether you are a couple, a family of four or come to live with 8 friends.
