The rates are for this beautiful vacation home: $165/night for any less than a week stay 1 Week $1100 2 Weeks $2000 3 Weeks $3000 One Month $4000 Minimum rental age is 21 year old. Minimum stay: 2 Night Minimum @ $165 per night ($110/night Summer Rate). If there is a cancellation with less than 7 day notice there is a 50% refund. Deposits: Monthly rental, there is a $500 security/deposit required at time of reservation. The security/deposit is separate from the full payment balance. Full payment is required no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Refunds: The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made with one week or less from reserved arrival date. Upon completion of your stay and no damages, the $500 security/deposit will be refunded 14-30 days after departure.
