Enjoy a richer more restful Florida beach vacation in this gated paradise with easy access from I-275. Just feet from the beach, both our ground level and upstairs condos have wide water and sunset views hard to match in other rentals. Our condos are known for being very clean, well maintained, and homey.  
 
Beautiful Bermuda Bay Beach & Racquet Club (a worldwide destination just south of exit 19 on I-275 in So. St. Pete) is a place like no other. Its 2 story buildings sit amid 16 acres of tropical gardens and lush open green spaces on its own private white sand beach. Our upscale condos are in prime locations on that beach, and offer priceless panoramic water and sunset views across picturesque Boca Ciega Bay.  
 
Our upstairs unit overlooks the beach, putting green, and beachside recreation area with its heated pool, Jacuzzi, sun decks and club house. This is an exceptionally lovely renovated and upgraded upstairs prime waterfront condo overlooking all the beach front and pool activity from the perfect slightly removed elevated vantage point. The open floor plan with the cut out kitchen wall over the granite bar makes this a bright and glamorous setting. The entire condo is tiled, fully equipped, and well appointed with rattan furniture and an airy Florida beach décor. 
 
You can park at the front door of our ground floor condo, and walk out the back off the oversized screened porch a few steps across the grass onto the beach. You can enjoy the water view from the living room sofa, or the double reclining swing on the large screened porch. The full size kitchen has a dishwasher, extra large microwave and side by side refrigerator with ice maker. It has a nice complete Queen size wicker bedroom suit, and a writing desk and chair by the bedroom window. There is also a double size Murphy bed in the living room that folds down out of the entertainment center.  
 
 
The gated community and security guards add to the peaceful enjoyment of the numerous amenities including the second heated pool in the woods by the shuffleboard, racquetball and lighted tennis courts. Here there is no concern for the congestion, noise and high-rise confinement found on the famous Gulf Coast public beaches around us. The expansive bay to our west vibrant with boating & activity, and Clam Bayou estuary neighboring us to the north provide a uniquely active display of marine wildlife, including a spectacular variety of exotic birds, the occasional manatee pods, and the ever present playful dolphins. If we ever tire of wading or walking the beach, there are Tiki huts, park benches, and picnic tables along the beach, and a hammock or reclining swing on our condo porches from which to take this all in. We also enjoy a great variety of superb wade fishing, and other water activities without leaving this special Eden.  
 
In fact, you might never want to leave our hidden beach tropical paradise with its million dollar view, but we are nearby golf courses, marinas, cruise ships, great restaurants, the artist’s Mecca of Gulfport, the world famous Gulf Beaches, and wonderful parks like nationally acclaimed Ft. Desoto, with all its recreational opportunities. Without being bottled up by beach traffic, our quick and easy access to I-275 makes all the major sports stadiums, museums, cultural venues, Baywalk or the Pier downtown just minutes away. This proximity to I-275 also makes one of our comfortable, well equipped beach condos the perfect means to combine a relaxed and peaceful beach holiday with the excitement of Bush Gardens 30 minutes away, the Orlando attractions 80 minutes away, or other Florida points of interest up or down the interstate.  
 
The $1800/month or $750/week discounted Fall holiday rental rate is also good for January and April 2010. Then, starting May 1, 2010, our extreme summer rates kick in at $1350/month or $599/week.

Although you may never want to leave this "hidden jewel" amidst the famous Gulf beaches, the surrounding area offers a lot of fun adventures to explore. Nearby you can rent a variety of boats, go deep sea fishing, parasailing, snorkeling, bicycling, rollerblading and more. There is also a variety of sightseeing, dinner or gambling cruises available.  
 
Besides the famous public Gulf Beaches and wonderful parks like the nationally acclaimed Fort De Soto Park with all its activities, we are also close to many golf courses, marinas, shopping centers, great restaurants, and all the major sports stadiums. The artists Mecca of Gulf Port is just around the corner. Museums, downtown St. Pete, Baywalk, and the Pier are 10 minutes away via I-275; Tampa International Airport is 20 minutes away; Busch Gardens is 30-minute away; and Orlando's attractions are about 80 minutes away. Our proximity to I-275 makes everything minutes from Bermuda Bay.
