St Petersburg is an old town with a mixture of alot of new condos near the water. Old Downtown is great to walk around. Shopping, Antique Stores, Good Food, Music in the Park. Winter tbrings an Outdoor Market on Saturdays downtown. Skyway Fishing Piers, Museums(Hollucost, Fine Arts,International, History, Salvadore Dali) Fort Desoto Park(beach,bike,kayak, old historic fort) Boat Tours, Bowling, Ghost Walking Tour, Sports Clubs, Aquatic Centers. All within 5mins to 30mins. away. Hospitals, Universitys, Small Airport in downtown. Nearest Theme Park(Busch Gardens in Tampa)

No credit cards accepted. Deposit due to book reservation. Remaining rent due 15 days prior to arrival by check, money order or cashiers check. No smokers. Also available year round rental $800.mo rent times 3 to move in.F/L/S
