Bathroom: Full bathroom with new vanity, tub, shower, high-quality towels, hairdryer

Kitchen: Fully outfitted kitchen with new appliances, large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, post/pans, dishes/utensils/cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven

Private Patio: Second-story patio overlooking the garden and pool

Pool: Heated pool with lounge chairs, dining table and chairs in quiet tropical garden setting

Amenities: Gas barbeque grill in garden, full-size washer and dryer, parking, central air conditioning (and heat, not that you’ll need it!), all linens and towels provided, tennis raquets, bicycles and “hackers” golf clubs available for guests’ use.

Shops, grocery store, restaurants, pubs and a quaint ice cream shop are all within a short walk.

Small pets are welcome. Because the apartment is on the second floor and has a flight of stairs, it is not ideal for the infirm.

St. Petersburg is the best of uncongested Florida, offering tropical weather without the heavy traffic/population of Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. Scores of excellent restaurants, live and movie theaters, entertainment, nightlife, and shopping (boutiques, malls and outlet). Beaches, parks, museums and attractions all close by.

St. Petersburg activities and attractions include Great Explorations Children’s Museum, Salvador Dali Museum, Florida International Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Sunken Gardens, St. Petersburg Museum of History, Boyd Hill Nature Park, Saturday Morning Market, Florida Holocaust Museum, Weedon Island Preserve, and much more.

Tampa attractions include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, Museum of Science & Industry, Tampa Museum of Art, Ybor City, Florida Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino

Rates are all-inclusive, with no additional “cleaning fees” or taxes. We offer discounts for stays longer than one week. To confirm bookings, we require a US$100 deposit, which can be paid by credit card (PayPal), money order or check.
