Family owned and operated since 1918. 180 degree waterview 1 bedroom apartment suite has full kitchen. 1 BR unit will sleep 4. King size bed in bedroom and full or queen sleeper sofa in living room. 2 units can be combined for a 2 BR/2 Bath suite. Posted rates are for two person occupancy. $10.00 per person/per night for any person over the age of 8 occupying the unit. On site laundry. Laundry products are furnished. Family oriented and pet friendly. Steps to the beach, fishing, shopping, 6 great restaurants & sunset cruise. Cottage is 3 BR/2 Bath. Posted rates are for six person occupancy. Sleeps 8. Laundry room within the cottage.

Restarants, fishing, shopping and beach are within a 1-2 minute walk. Great trolley system up will take you to St. Petersburg or the northern barrier islands. Large shopping center within a five minute car trip.

Disney World is 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.

High Season Price : $742 per Week

10% non refundable deposit required within 10 days of making reservation.

Full payment is due in US FUNDS three weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations are four weeks prior to arrival. You will forfeit the 10% deposit.

No Credit Cards accepts. Cashier's Check in US FUNDS only.

Pet fee is $25.00 for one bedroom unit and $60.00 for the cottage. Dogs only. Dog must not be aggresive towards other animals or people. Must not bark, whine or scratch when left alone. Must have health certificate dated within 30 days of travel from Vet. Proof of liability insurance required.
