Your home away from home is called "Bella Marguerite" and features three bedroom and three baths with over 2000 square feet of living space complete with granite counters and custom tile. We also have luxurious furnishings throughout and overlooking the water. Bella Marguerite has only 19 units, so it’s quiet and includes privacy gate with covered parking and secure access to building.
From your balcony, you can watch dolphins and manatees play. You can also watch beautiful sunrises. Just across the street you can see spectacular sunsets on the beach.
You can walk to fine dining at the world famous Don Cesar, or grab a sandwich at a locals beachfront pub. Within a mile, you have many choices for additional waterfront casual dining as well as outstanding upsacale dining.
If you like boating, sailing and fishing, there is a 40 foot boat slip available with full water/electric hookup. From this location, you can navigate through the inland waters where you can have lunch at one of the many waterfront restaurants, or within minutes, be out on the open Gulf of Mexico.
Historical shopping districts are nearby in Pass-a-Grille and Corey Avenue. Golfing is just around the corner. You can also visit theme parks, museums, art galleries and family attractions.
