Within a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to supermarkets and quality shopping.
With all the amenities around for a social, sporting
and relaxing holiday, including at least five superb golf courses.
The abundance of space, a relaxed atmosphere, a friendly community,
woods and lakes, rivers to explore by canoe or boat , fishing and sailing,
all combine to create its magic and endearment.

A water theme park at Weeki Wachee Springs is only a five minute drive. The nearest beach is only fifteen minutes away at Pine Island and you will find a great seafood restaurant along the way.

Head south along Highway 19 , (this is the long route to Tampa) and you will eventually come to Clearwater and Treasure Island Beach's, miles of golden sand and water sports. Along the way are many fast food outlets, shopping malls, flea -markets, pawn shops, supermarkets & furniture shops. You name it and you will probably find it.

The quickest route to Tampa and Clearwater, is the new Suncoast Parkway direct to Tampa Airport Head East along Highway 50, towards Orlando and turn right onto the new toll road, Only half an hour to Tampa.

St. John's Pass, near Clearwater is a tourist area with small quaint shops, T-shirts, local artists work, jet ski hire, ski boat hire, cruise ship day trips out into the Gulf of Mexico and deep sea fishing charter boats. Also miles of sun drenched sea and sand.
New Port Richey has access to a Day out on the Off shore Casino. Take the free water taxi out to the Floating Casino and also enjoy a Free Breakfast, of coarse you are expected to Gamble on the Slot Machines or Gaming Tables but its not compulsary, just enjoy the trip out, have Breakfast and back on the next launch.
Tarpon Springs is also nearby and so is GULF VIEW Shopping Mall-Interstate 19 at Bayonet Point

Head North either on I 19 or the Suncoast Parkway, a 30 min drive, and enjoy a Visit to see the Manatees at Crystal River wander the Nature Trails or Visit the Small Shopping Mall, there is also a Cinema within the Mall Area.

Springhill, on the west coast of Florida, is in a much envied position and
growing in popularity. Due to its location, it is ideal for viewing the attractions both in central Florida, and visiting the local beaches without excess driving.
