Vacation Rental Description
Situated in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac and completely secluded this superb luxury villa is beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standard with its own electrically heated pool – perfect for a relaxing holiday. This fully air-conditioned villa will accommodate six people comfortably and all towels, linen and a hair dryer are provided. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds both with ample storage space. These two
rooms share a bathroom which has both a shower and bath. Ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms as well as two outside. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer dispensing ice cubes and chilled water.
The large (24’ x 12’) screened pool is electrically heated and fitted with a (removable) child safety barrier. The sizeable pool enclosure (45’ x 21’) with spacious lanai and decking area are ideal for outdoor living. Cushioned pool sun loungers and table with 6 chairs are provided. For your safety and peace of mind there are unbreakable glasses for use in the pool area.

Activities
Spring Hill’s location, 43 miles North of Tampa at the junction of US19 and SR50 makes it ideally situated to enjoy all the major attractions.
Local attractions within easy driving distance include the Greek community of Tarpon Springs with numerous restaurants, sponge docks and an aquarium with sharks. See the mermaids, water park and wildlife at Weeki Wachee Springs Nature Reserve. Visit famous Busch Gardens, with thrill rides and animal safaris. Busch Gardens also has a separate water park (similar to Wet’n’Wild). Also visit Homassassa Springs Wildlife Park with its Manatee sanctuary, Silver Springs with its glass-bottomed boats and St Petersburg/Clearwater Beach are only 1 hour away. There are various Horse Riding stables and Scuba Diving at Crystal River nearby.

We were very excited about our stay in Spring Hill. The Villa was just like it looked in the pictures. It was very clean, well kept, and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay there. It was very warm and inviting and definately felt like our home away from home. We were especially impressed with the size of the back patio that surrounded the pool. It provided a lot of shade and was the perfect atmosphere for the several meals that we enjoyed outside on the table and chairs. The pool was very clean and enjoyed by the whole family especially the kids! We had a hard time getting them out of it when our vacation came to an end!
The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet, just what we were looking for! The villa was a short drive to several restraunts and stores and even a couple of local theaters. Durring our vacation and went to Disney World 2 different days and the drive wasn't too terribly long it took us around 90 minutes. We also visited Homassassa Spring Wildlife Park which was only about a 15 - 20 minute drive. The wildlife park provided us with a good opportunity to see Manattees and other wild animals like alligators, a hippo, a bear and many more. We also enjoyed a nice boat ride at Homassassa Spring Wildlife Park.
The owner of this villa was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. Everything was clearly explained and laid out for us.
Our family had a great time in Spring Hill staying in this lovely villa and we hope to do it again in the near future!

We have stayed in this property over the last 5 years it is a beautiful villa and is always being upgraded I would recommend it to anybody who likes a relaxing holiday away from Disney.Its just a 80 - 90 min drive to get to Orlando, but so near the Sea, its so nice to relax and enjoy a holiday away from tourists and live with local people.We Love It....

This one is beautiful and the owners are awesome, as well as the property managers and the neighbors. I would rent this one again tomorrow if I could. The house was over and above what I expected. Anything you want to do is within 45 minutes away. Within 2 miles of groceries, shopping and restaurants and medical clinic. The pool was heated so even though the nighttime temperatures were in the 60's the girls could still swim everynight. The owner and manager are the most honest people I have ever dealt with. Love it love it love it!
