Vacation Rental Description

Casa Prima is a waterfront condo building on the intracoastal waterway. There is a large pool area with a sun deck and a fishing/boat dock. This unit is well maintained and kept very clean. The condo is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Full kitchen, cable tv, wi-fi, fitness room in condo and more. Master bedroom has a king bed, with two twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has private bath. All linens are provided for your stay.

The location is great! Just a short drive to the beach and near many restaurants and shopping. There are water views from both bedrooms and from the front entry.

Pets up to 35 lbs are allowed, with a pet fee/deposit. One week minimum rental.

The central Gulf Coast location is great! Only 90 minutes to Orlando theme parks, 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, approx. 3 minutes to the beach and directly waterfront. You can fish from the condo's dock. Many restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Approximately 5 minute drive to Tyrone Mall.
