Relax in the quiet beauty of Siesta Key. Our gulf-side villa is in one of Siesta Key's most beautiful developments -- only a few steps from the white powder sand of Crescent Beach. The villa is a private, oceanside home- just a three minute stroll down the palm-lined drive to the beach. 
 
The villa features a comfortably furnished living room, a dining room, lanai, two well-appointed bedrooms, two full baths and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has full refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, blender, micowave and more. The enclosed garage is attached and has a convenient keypad operator. Amenities include a 2 phones, fax, and answering machine. There are (3)TV's, VCR, and CD-Stereo and ceiling fans. The living room TV is a 42" LCD with HD (limited) service. 
 
The master bedroom has a king bed and there are two double beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a full wall of closets. The kitchen has a wood floor, domed ceiling, white cabinets and designer tile back-splashes. There are terazzo floors with area rugs in the main living areas, and fully carpted bedrooms. The villa is tastefully furnished, and bright. 
 
Enjoy the privacy of our end unit on a side lane. There is a pool only a few steps away down the street, and another pool overlooking the beach. Shopping and dining are just a short walk or drive away.

    We require a $200 deposit to secure your rental time. The rent payment is due 60 days before your vacation. A cleaning charge (currently $95) is added for rentals less than two weeks. Your deposit is mailed to you at the end of your vacation. We accept personal check, or money orders.
