A full-sized dining room table and chairs completes this great room, and the pass-through counter from the kitchen, complete with bar stools, makes entertaining or in-home dining a breeze. Lanai: The private, screened lanai boasts a lovely view of the harbor and the Intracoastal. New patio furniture, including comfortable lounge chairs make this a very special place. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure, less damages, phone charges, extra cleaning etc. • A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of security deposit. • All money (security deposit, rent, tax) must be received at least thirty days prior to arrival. If the unit is reserved less than thirty days prior to arrival, all money is due at the time of reservation.
