The condo has a large 200 square foot open balcony for enjoying meals, beverages, sunbathing or just gaze out and keeping pinching your arm to make sure you are really here. The kitchen is designed for a chef and a custom Bose audio system lets your music stay with you throughout the condo. This condo is about beach, sun, privacy, relaxation and away from it all!!! 
You can walk the white powder sugar sand beach one-mile to the Village of Siesta Key and enjoy the shops, cafes and wonderful restaurants or you can stay at the condo and enjoy the view. If you want to leave the Key, you will find many golf courses, theatres, museums, galleries and restaurants in Sarasota to enjoy. This beach was voted the whitest beach in the world. Sarasota Florida caters to discriminating vacationers from many countries. Vacationers lay right on the sand without a towel or blanket to enjoy the coolness of this beach. On the hottest day of the year, this sand dissipates the heat and remains cool. You can walk barefoot on this sand without an uncomfortable  
feeling.

    Refundable deposit of $300 to reserve condo. Half of rental 30 days from arrival and balance upon arrival. Payment accepted in dollars, check, credit cards or money order. In the event tenant sends written notice of cancellation of reservation ninety (90) days prior to occupancy in the winter season, (12/15-4/30) and thirty (30) days in the summer season (5/1-12/14); all advance deposits will be refunded. If tenant does not send written cancellation of the reservation within the above listed required time frames, tenant understands and agrees that the entire amount of money held (advance rent only) could be forfeited. Refund of any advance rent will be made if the property is re-rented for the same time period or longer. No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
