Gulf & Bay Club Bayside is a Resort complex of Key West style Town Homes all with their own one car attached garages. Gulf & Bay Club Bayside offers *two heated pools

*picnic areas with Weber gas grills
This is our personal place and it has been completely renovated. The kitchen has beautiful new wood cabinets, Stainless appliances, and Granite counters with leather chairs at the counter and the wood table in the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has it all - from waffle iron, blender, mixer, baking stone, martini shaker and glasses. The whole place has 18â travertine tile, except the two bedrooms are carpeted.
The Master bedroom has an iron pineapple KING size bed with an adjoining bathroom with his/her counters and sinks. Both bathrooms have the new taller vanities with granite tops. The second bedroom has TWO QUEEN size beds. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and TVâs. Among the linens included are beach towels. There is a laundry area with a brand new full size front load tumble washer and dryer. The screened Lanai is accessible from the Living room and the Master bedroom. Everything is new - towels, sheets, furniture, flooring, etc.
The living room has a new Italian leather sectional sofa with a leather ottoman/coffee table in front of an entertainment center with a 40â LCD Flat panel TV, a VCR and CD/DVD player. There is a desk in the living room with FREE INTERNET hookup â just bring your laptop!
The beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys, two bicycles, soft and hard sided coolers, and a beach cart to haul your stuff down to the beach are in the garage.
