FIREPLACE, Full Kitchen & Master Bath. Screened sitting decks both in 
the front and rear of the upper floor. 
Downstairs has separate entrance with Efficiency Kitchen, Large BR.  
and deck with view of the Pool. 
Third Floor 'party deck' overlooks the 'Siesta Key Tree Canopy' and  
a view of the Gulf of Mexico. 
The Pool has a raised deck with dining table and a 'walk in' shallow  
entrance with an in pool seat and Waterfall. 
Plentiful parking with shaded RV area with hookup available. 
Outdoor 'hot' shower when comming back from the Beach. 
You will not find such a private, clean, convenient, & accessable  
spot on Siesta Key.
