Beautiful duplex home. Each side has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, and 2 twins), 2-1/2 baths, plus a sleeper sofa if needed. Lovely large heated screened in pool and Jacuzzi in the backyard. Just steps to the village and the beach. All you need to bring is your family. We provide everythng else for a perfect vacation. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchens, safes, wi-fi, outdoor gas grills, beach/pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, picnic coolers, beach towels, bath and bed linens, cable TV, DVD/VCR players, stereo, unlimited long distance calls in the U.S., iron and ironing board, etc., etc.. Just come and enjoy yourself. You will love the cleanliness of our home. Owners rent and maintain property, no third party is involved.

Relax by our heated, screened in pool enjoyed by occupants of ths home only. Pool temperature is kept at a constant 82 - 85 degrees year round. With our new wi-fi internet access enjoy sitting out at the pool or on the deck overlooking the pool and catching up on your e-mails. If you prefer to eat at home our kitchens have service for 12, plenty of cooking utensils and every appliance you probably have at home. Feel like spending a day at the beach? We have plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, beach umrellas, picnic coolers, even a wagon to transport everything to the beach in. Our goal is to make sure you have the perfect vacation...

There are many things to see and do right here in Sarasota. But if you would like to spend a day at Disney or one of the other attractions not too far we are just one hour south of Tampa, or two hours from Orlando.
