Bring along your personal laptop computer, or on a trial basis, I have furnished the Pool Home with a state-of-the-art 20" Apple Imac computer and printer. These features were added as part of my ongoing effort to provide you with the most up-to-date, comfortable, clean, and enjoyable vacation/holiday experience possible.

    ALL above rates are based on 6 person maximum. Additional guests will be charged $20 per night. No additional charge for infants. Rates are subject to 11% tax. We book weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday, but other days may be possible. Deposits: 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and can be paid by check. A copy of your drivers license is required with your deposit. The balance is to be paid by (CASH/Money Order/Bank Check/Travelers Check) upon arrival. A $500 security/damage deposit will also be required upon arrival. I also accept credit card payments through Pay Pal. There is a small fee for this service. Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation charge. If 60 days or less, then your deposit is non-refundable. Many companies offer coverage online.. There is NO Refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
