As you move closer to downtown Sarasota, the artistic influence becomes more obvious in the architecture of the surrounding buildings. Enjoy eat-in meals in our modern kitchen with all appliances and complete with breakfast bar and dining area. Master Bedroom has a king size bed and modern Master Bath and Air Tub. Guest bedroom has twin adjustable beds. There is a full queen-size hide-a-bed sofa in the living room to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Linens and towels provided, Washer & Dryer in unit. State of the art Security System and two Pools (shared). Only steps to private beach with lots of chairs directly on Gulf of Mexico. Covered Parking. Sorry - NO Pets, No Smoking Inside but OK on Lanai. *HAVE A LAPTOP? If so FREE High Speed Wireless connectivity is available. TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL.
