Vacation Rental Description
Siesta Beach is named by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in the World. This property sits on a site providing a full view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. We have direct access and there are no buildings to block our views. Just exit the building, cross Beach Road, and your feet hit the white powdery sand of the beach! You are within walking distance of the "village" area where you can dine, shop, eat ice cream, or sit and enjoy entertainment. Want to just relax in the condo? The condo is equipped with dvd's, videos, books, and cable TV. Sarasota is an amazing city that offers both casual and upscale shopping and entertainment. Siesta Key's location provides access to a highway system that allows you to plan for several day trips to nearby tourist attractions. The condo itself is located on the 3rd floor of one of the smaller condominium complexes on Siesta Key. We just completed a $3 million renovation to the building; and it looks as beautiful as the views it offers guests. Because we are so close to the beach and we choose to keep the premises quiet for our owners and guests, there is no pool on the property. However, the condo is equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and towels.
We have strived to provide all the ammenities you need inside the condo. The kitchen is very well equipped down to providing grapefruit spoons for that wonderful Florida fruit you'll want to enjoy. Linens are provided. The bathroom is equipped with safety bars. There is a blue light germicidal cleaner on the air conditioner. While there is no daily maid service, the unit is cleaned prior to and after your stay. During your stay, arrangements for cleaning can be made for a nominal fee through the rental office. There are coin operated laundry facilities on each floor.
Each condo has an assigned covered parking space and parking passes will be issued to you. There is also an elevator on the premises.
Should you need to stay in touch during your stay, there is wireless internet inside the unit.
Many vacationers ask about bike rentals. There are places on the Key to rent bicyles and there is a bike path on the road(s). We are also very close to the public beach pavillion, where there is a playground, snack bar, ice cream shop, tennis courts, beach volleyball, and public restroom facilities.
Our unit rents for a minimum of one week. The week can begin on any day. Additional nights less than a week are pro-rated. The only other charge is an 12% sales tax and a $300 refundable, after stay, rental/security deposit. We offer a 10% active military discount.

Facilities
Enjoy breathtaking views from the moment you step thru the door of this condo. The condo has been fully remodeled and is decorated in soothing, tropical colors and decor. There is a queen size bed and sofa bed, 2 leather recliners, dining seating for 4, and tv/vcr/dvd combos in both bedroom and living area. The lanai is enclosed and has 3 large windows (2 of which open) giving you a beautiful panoramic view of World famous Crescent Beach. Enjoy breakfast on the lanai at your own "table for 4" with a gorgeous view. The loveseat is for relaxing later after you've spent the day on the beach which is only a few footsteps away. You are only a short distance from the "Village" area where there are shops/restaurants/and nightlife. This condo is truly the "best place to be on the beach". It's smaller, private, and quiet.

This central Florida location allows you easy access to nearby tourists towns and attractions. Busch Gardens Amusement Park is 74 miles away; Sea World, 131 miles; Florida Aquarium, 70 miles; Mote Marine, 13 miles;Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall ,9.5 miles; Ringling Museum, 3.43 miles; historic Spanish Point, 9.76 miles; Florida Gulf Coast Railroad, 19.27 miles; Anna Maria Island, 17.80 miles; GWIZ Science Center, .58 miles; Selby Botanical Gardens, .59 miles; and Sarasota Museum of Art, 1.85 miles. There are wonderful restaurants, upscale shopping, outlet malls, theaters, and any water activity you can imagine nearby. Take a fishing excursion, rent a boat, sign up for a sunset sailboat cruise, have fun on a party boat excursion to Key West, and much, much, more. Or, relax, and spend a beautiful day at the beach and head down to the 'village' area later for dinner, shopping, or entertainment. It's the "best place to be on the beach"
