Ground level, 1BR/1BA, condo 903 is turnkey furnished. All floors are of ceramic, except for the bedroom. The large bedroom has a KING size bed. The living room has 2 pullouts, one single and a queen. Linens are provided. Fully equipped kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer and necessary utensils for preparing your favorite meals. Coin washers/dryers are located just beside the condo. Amenities include local phone service, basic color cable, 2 HD TVs, DVD player, sound system (MP3, iPod. FM...) and WiFi Internet access on site at the condo and at the swimming pool. The lanai area have been incorporated for an extended living room. The condo has central air conditioning. Parking no 51 is assigned to the condo 903. There are additional parking spaces uncovered for guests. 
 
The staff t the rental agency, whose office is located in the Club House, clean the condo at the departure of each tenant. Moreover, a thorough cleaning is performed at regular intervals. During your stay, you will find everything you might need, including a vacuum cleaner, for the maintenance of the condo. If you prefer, maintenance during your stay can be provided by the staff of the rental agency for a nominal charge. Tenants have access to a heated pool, picnic tables, barbecue, 2 saunas and the Club House that can be used for special events and where you can also borrow books or movies. There is a dock for mooring boats on the ground of the complex. Waterway leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico.
